Abyanga (Ayurveda treatment): This is a part of panchakarma treatment of
Traditional Indian Ayurveda It is a full body treatment including head, face
and body, and performed with dosha based warm oils that are applied with
soothing and relaxing strokes; plenty of oil is used for balancing the vata
(humor) dosha of the body. This treatment provides deep relaxation,
detoxification and may improve quality of sleep. Your skin may still be slightly
moist with oil after treatment, please bring appropriate clothing to change into
after the session (fabric that can be washed). (Includes 7 to10 minutes rest)

Aromatherapy: (Based on lymphatic drainage massage and clinical
Ayurvedic aromatherapy) Essential oils are selected for your specific needs
the first treatment will be started after a 20 min consultation about
understanding your needs and requirements. A lymphatic drainage and hot
towel compression is given in the spa to open receptivity to the aromas to the
body. You will receive small bottle/ bottles of oil which our therapist will prepare
for you for your personalized home use. We recommend to get this treatment
affect for long time, please follow the instructions, which you receive after your
treatment.
